watched 'closer' and 'duplex' one after and another with jol yesterday! followed by a spasm-inducing episode of 'extreme makeover'. we created our home theatre system-comfort zone at her living room, shifting two hugeass sofas all the way in front of an even hugerass tv set and then plonking her piano seat and another stool before us to place our chips, chicken nuggets, drinks and hugestass legs wooohooo the ceiling was vibrating from the loud bass of the sound system.. cool shit!

closer is a reallie warped show by the ways.. julia roberts(gasp), natalie portman(gasp), jude law(gasp gasp!) and clive owen(bleahxxx) loving and hating and sleeping with one another.. twisted and some wat intriguing. the movie tries to reflect on real relationships with real people in real life, they even managed to make the natalie porman look fat and weird in bob hair and disastrous boots. hhaha

duplex on the other hand is funny thru and thru.. scenes of the old lady dancing and stripping just made jol and i cringe and spasm to death.. there were many incidents of us cringing and spasming to death though.. the classic: the movie sprouting explicit sexual terms peppered with the f-word at top volume while her dad and two bros were having dinner in the living room right beside ours! yes some embarressing moments there..
