oh horrors of horrors of HORRORS
i just realized that i haven exercised AT ALL since i left school. tts freaking more than half a year. not to mention the few months spent dormant studying for Alevels (but tts ok since simply worrying for As is already hard core cardio activites in itself)
hence of late, ive walked no fasted than 6km/hr
done only stretching in bed
the only heaviest thing i carried around is my ass
appear to be sweating buckets only in the rain
and the only balls ive been hitting around are fish balls!

im turning into a fat shit!

and then to add on to the unspeakable horror, my mp3 player is still under repair.. bloody creative ppl have retained it for like half a month and im crippled w/o it. i need it to jog!
