after a meeting at a client's place, the bunch of us decided to do some impromptu photo shoot.
and the results, lesson 101 for me on lighting
take one
too dark and apparently too much focus on the background. everyone voted this off
take two
supposed to show high contrast like half my face is lit and the other half is not. unfortunately there was "some exposure" watever tt means, all i noe is tt my face shape and nose looks warped because of the light so bleahh.. out
take three
when i was taking this picture, the light was on the RHS of my face shining thru a piece of white paper and i was holding another piece of paper on the LHS to reflect the light back onto my face. haha they decided that this is passable due to "equal distribution of light" or something equally technical.
take four
experimenting with the light when they found out tt the lamp could be removed from its stand.
take five
cameraman and the grip(person holding the light) were discussing how to light a ghost for a scary film.
starting with the typical light-shining-frm-below way
take six
voila! this wins all.
