Long week at work jam packed with preparation for shoot and event coverage at the Asia Mining Congress. needless to say, the latter was boooooring. bunch of old men sitting around congratulating themselves how well they have done last year, how much better they will do this year and which other country now is the new big sucker for iron/copper.

Hints of heightened environmental awareness threatening the trade was raised but this was quickly brushed aside cause many developing countries still maintain or has increasing needs for these minerals. environmental concerns are for the rich and comfy, who cares about global warming when your people are living out of cardboards and eating garbage.

OHH met our music copyright guy two days ago to talk about our music rights. he was telling us that this guy just got fined like S5700 for putting up music on his blog. (you know like when you enter a blog sometimes and it starts playing music, usually unstoppable, very irritating, hmm mayb they deserved to be fined HAH) it is ppl like him that look out for blogs like this. in fact 5K is considered light, the fine wld usually go up to 10K!

So please do not put music up on your blog. i mean the dude doesn't like surf blogs 24/7 for a living, if only there is a job like tt. but during his spare time one day, he'd just type in a blog address and make sure that the place is not infringing some music rights.
