to quote from eunice's blog. this month shld definitely be most appropriately named 'fatbuary'. all the vday chocolates, endless reunion dinners with different friends and work, not to mention all the cny goodies!!! ohh the bane of my existence. our most terrible love-hate relationship haha

resistance to cny goodies is most futile when u visit houses that are (i hate to say this) boring. no gambling. no TV. all adults. your hands inevitably crawl towards the little round compartments, esp those spinnable types with all the sweets and nuts. the next thing you know, you've finished everything!!!

my favorite cny goodies is those mini fried shrimp rolls. i simply adore them. sometimes i wld buy them even if it is not cny. tts how crazy i am. i tink i can not eat anything but fried shrimp rolls for the entire cny season :D tt wld be most ideal dun u tink
