easier said than done

saw this on the wall of a construction site at holland v. each word was printed on a singular a4 paper and stuck together with scotch tape like a giant piece of ransom note. maybe it was the bias qn of whether the construction workers had the capacity to do something like that. but i couldn't take my eyes off it.
